Iya Villania on their plans to have baby no. 3: 'We're considering'

It was only less than a month ago when Kapuso host-actress Iya Villania and her husband Drew Arellano revealed that they are having another baby boy, and already Iya said they are already "considering" to have baby no. 3.

At the press conference of "Lip Sync Battle Season 3" on Monday, Iya said she and Drew are thinking about having three kids. They want to try and have a baby girl.

"Actually, we're considering, siguro nga magiging tatlo nga 'yung anak natin kasi we'd be fine with two also, but because boy ulit we're thinking of, I guess we're gonna try, pero puwede bang assessment muna kapag dalawa yung anak," Iya told the press.

Iya said she and Drew will decide once baby no. 2 arrives.

"Ang dali lang magsalita eh pero 'pag andiyan na for sure mahirap, mag a-assess muna kami sa dalawang anak bago magdecide if we'll go for third or not," she said.

#MoveYourBump: How Iya stays fit

Many were shocked when they saw Iya's gender reveal doing a crossfit WOD (Workout of the Day) but according to Iya's recent story posts, it's safe to continue working out unless you have complications with pregnancy.

Her advice to her fellow moms and soon-to-be moms is to start getting fit right before pregnancy.

"Ang advice ko sa mga moms, is to get fit for pregnancy. Bago pa silang magbuntis, get fit na para they'll be confident to move kahit na buntis na sila," Iya told GMA News Online.

She said the workout varies on the state of the pregnancies of every mom.

"May mga scaled down versions depending on the mom, kasi iba ibang, it's a different experience for every moms, so merong mga moms na kaya pang magpull-up kahit malaki na yung tiyan may mga fourth month pa lang they stop na they feel na may ibang strain na nagaganap so it really  depends, it differs from mom to mom."

Some were worried about how much she lifts but she said she is careful and makes sure that she listens to her body.

"Well I mean it's inevitable, talagang magugulat sila because crossfit can be an intimidating sport but I mean I do what I can. Kung hindi kaya hindi ko pipilitin and I'm careful to listen to my body," she said.

In her series of #MoveYourBump posts on Instagram, Iya said she lifts 75 percent less than what she used to do.

Iya remains the color commentator for Lip Sync Battle Philippines as it returns in April for its third season.

Iya and Drew tied the knot in January 2014 and welcomed Baby Primo in August 2016. Last February, she announced that she's pregnant with another baby boy. — LA, GMA News
