Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico dish out healthy recipes on Naked Chef ep. 2


Everyone's favorite couple Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico released another episode of the "Naked Chef", where they "cook naked for no reason."

Because the first episode, released in May, gave them a little bit of a misadventure grilling an octopus, they decided to avoid fire in this one.

On the latest episode posted on solenn.ph, the pair shared the recipe of their healthy quinoa coconut salad dish and how to prepare it.

"I love using quinoa in my recipes, because it’s my substitute for rice. Quinoa can be eaten like rice and cooked like it, but it has so much more protein and fiber compared to white rice, so eating this makes you feel even more full. Meaning there are less chances for you to binge eat."

In between the fun cooking lessons, Nico also had a chance to show off his Tagalog skills by funnily using some words in sentences.
