Kris Aquino has health update: 'All tests for any tumor markers were negative'

After showing her drastic weight loss due to stress after experiencing financial deception, Kris flew to Singapore for added measure, and on late Monday night, assured her followers that she is getting treatments and that "all tests for any tumor markers were negative."

But she's not quite out of the woods yet. According to Kris, she still has to address appropriate treatment and consult specialists for three other areas: hypertension, sever allergies, and migraine.

Let me be categorical: all tests for any tumor markers were negative. Because of my very evident weight loss i had tests done to specifically answer that fear. Atty Fortun’s statement about my treatment w/ prescription medication for hypertension, severe allergies, and migraine remains true. 

But we flew to Singapore to see one specialist for 3 areas of my health that needed to be immediately addressed with appropriate treatment for me to have the best chance to regain my health. 

According to Kris,fighting for her health reminded her of her mother late President Cory Aquino when she was battling cancer.

Kris shared the words her mom used to say to her, "The words our Mom said near the end of her life are vividly recalled in my mind 'i fought for my life because i knew you weren’t ready'.”

Bimb & i read through several medical terms i googled so he’d understand what may lie ahead. I am my mother’s daughter because i strive to be the mother i had growing up- someone who LOVED & fought for her children unconditionally. i don’t dare ask you to pray for me- i now completely surrender to God’s merciful care. Pero kakapalan ko po ang mukha ko at makikiusap: please PRAY for my 2 sons, Josh and Bimb...kahit sinong magulang maiintindihan po ako, gagawin natin ang lahat wag lang masaktan, ma-agrabyado, o mahirapan ang mga pinakamamahal nating mga anak. And then Kris turned emotional. She asked prayers for her two boys.

I don’t dare ask you to pray for me- i now completely surrender to God’s merciful care.

Pero kakapalan ko po ang mukha ko at makikiusap: please PRAY for my 2 sons, Josh and Bimb...kahit sinong magulang maiintindihan po ako, gagawin natin ang lahat wag lang masaktan, ma-agrabyado, o mahirapan ang mga pinakamamahal nating mga anak. Isasakripisyo natin ang lahat masiguradong okay sila. That’s what happens when you become a parent, you wholeheartedly surrender being number 1. 

Last Wednesday, Kris posted a video showing her sunken face as proof of her drastic weight loss, due to her legal battle.
