Our favorite #OOTDs at Duterte's 2nd SONA

Celebrities, politicians and guests went out of their way to look their best at President Rodrigo Duterte's 2nd State of the Nation Address.

Of course the event wouldn't be complete without the red carpet walk of fame, where even politicians turn into fashion icons. Everybody kept an eye out on  the finest ensembles at one of the biggest event of the year.

Below are our favorite #OOTDs including Heart Evangelista, who traded the white Filipiniana she wore at the Senate hall to a navy blue and gold patterned suit by Boom Sason; Senator Loren Legarda, who wore Maranao outfits to convey support for Marawi; Lucy Torres and daughter Juliana who wore matchy neck pieces; and crashing into the list is Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo, who surprised everyone with his modish look, wearing a bow tie and a suit with flower patches to symbolize Duterte's "blooming" presidency.
