Heart Evangelista started getting ready for today's SONA before 6 am — of course Heart looks great! 

On Instagram, the Kapuso actor posted a photo of her OOTD for the opening ceremony of the 17th Congress and as always, she looks fabulous.

Styled by her favorite Kat Cruz, Heart wore a beautiful white modern Filipiniana created by Mark Bumgarner. She accessorized it with a matching pair of beige handbag and beige patented heels, clipped a LGBTQ rainbow pin on her left chest, symbolizing her love for all.
