Boracay accommodations that have complied with gov't permits and clearances
The Department of Tourism on Friday released a list of accommodations that have already complied with the government's permits and clearances.
The list shows only a total of 2,063 rooms have been cleared by the government less than two months before the island reopens.

The government is set to conduct a dry run of Boracay's reopening on October 15 to find out what needs to be done before the popular island destination is opened again for tourists on October 26.
Tourism chief Bernadette Romulo-Puyat earlier said she expects 3,000 to 5,000 rooms to be available in time for the opening. Only establishments that are “100 percent compliant” can open on October 26. —JST, GMA News
