Flooded areas in Metro Manila on August 21, 2017

Some parts of Metro Manila were flooded on Monday afternoon due to thunderstorms caused by Tropical Storm Isang.

• EDSA, Aurora tunnel (gutter-deep, passable to all type of vehicles)
• Rizal Ave., R. Papa (knee-deep, not passable to light vehicles)
• Victory, Araneta Ave. (knee-deep, not passable to light vehicles)
