PDEA seizes P1.1M worth shabu, ecstasy from 'high-value target' in Mandaluyong

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) on Tuesday morning arrested a "high-value target" allegedly supplying illegal drugs to rich clients.

A radio dzBB report said PDEA agents arrested Jovet Atilano from his condominium unit at Unit 506, GA Tower Condominiums in Barangay Malamib, Mandaluyong City.

The report said members of the PDEA's Special Enforcement Service found P1 million worth of ecstasy, P180,000 worth of shabu and pieces of Valium and regulated drug Mogadon.

The report said Atilano denied that the drugs found by the PDEA agents were his.

It added that Atelano admitted that he was a dealer, but has stopped a long time ago. —report from Rod Vega/ALG, GMA News
