Man flees after taking video of Atio Castillo probe, gets collared in SWAT raid

The man who sped away from the Manila Police District after taking video footage of a police interrogation was nabbed in a raid at his Quezon City residence just hours later on Wednesday.

Arvin Tan, who took footage of the MPD's interrogation of the Uber driver that figured in the Horacio Castillo hazing case, resisted policemen who tried to arrest him after he was confronted for taking the video.

In a follow-up operation, the MPD's SWAT team literally collared Tan who appeared trying to again evade arrest by going to the third-floor terrace of his residence.  —NB, GMA news
