UPLB, PUP grads top Civil Engineering Licensure Exam passers

Graduates from the University of Philippines-Los Baños (UPLB) and Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) in Sta. Mesa, Manila, topped this year's Civil Engineering Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Wednesday. Bryan Yulo Dela Cruz (UPLB) and Ruben Diaz Llagas Jr. (PUP) both got 96.30 ratings in the exam given by the Board of Civil Engineering in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and Legazpi earlier this month, the PRC said.
