Mocha Uson appointed assistant secretary at Duterte’s comms office

President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed blogger Mocha Uson as assistant secretary of the Presidential Communications Office.

Prior to this appointment, Uson had been a board member of the Movie and Television Review And Classification Board (MTRCB).

She was appointed early January.

The Office of the Executive Secretary on Tuesday clarified that Uson's position in the MTRCB is deemed relinquished due to her new post.

"Ms. Mocha Uson's designation as member of MTRCB is deemed relinquished due to her new post as Asst. Sec. of PCO," it said. —NB, GMA News
