De Lima on Duterte's upcoming SONA: Anong ipagmamalaki niya, patayan?

Senator Leila de Lima on Friday threw shade on President Rodrigo Duterte ahead of his upcoming State of the Nation Address, saying the chief executive would have little to show for his speech on July 24.

Mga kasinungalingan?" said De Lima, who is currently detained on drug charges following Duterte's accusations of her involvement in the narcotics trade at the National Penitentiary.

Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the hearing on her 'disobedience to summons' case in Quezon City, De Lima noted that Duterte's campaign promise to end crime has lapsed.

In exchange doon sa pagtestify nila sa akin," the senator added.

De Lima also brought up other issues that she said has remained unresolved such as contractualization, salary of security personnel, massive traffic around the metro and price of commodities.

De Lima said. —JST/KVD, GMA News
