List of candidates perpetually disqualified to hold public office

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) released Friday a list of candidates who were perpetually disqualified from holding public office.

Some 105 individuals were barred from holding public office due to "repeated failure to file their Statement of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCE) after elections."

All candidates, whether they win or lose, are required to submit SOCE to the Comelec after the election period.
