SC spokesman Te: I dissent
The Supreme Court spokesman who announced the tribunal's decision to oust Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno on a quo warranto complaint has tweeted "I dissent!"

Attorney Theodore Te posted the cryptic tweet on a black background without mentioning the subject of his opposition.
Te, however, posted the tweet after he read on national television the dispositive portion of the Supreme Court ruling on the quo warranto complaint filed by Solicitor General Jose Calida.
On a vote of 8-6, the tribunal upheld the quo warranto case that questioned the validity of President Benigno Aquino III's appointment of Sereno in 2012 as Chief Justice.
The ruling ousted Sereno from the helm of the Supreme Court amid widespread criticisms that the only way Sereno as Chief Justice could be removed was through impeachment. —NB, GMA News
