Duterte in a coma? He had sinigang na ribs for lunch, Sara says

Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte dismissed reports that her father President Rodrigo Duterte was in a coma.

In a text message, Sara said, "He ate sinigang na ribs and pansit for lunch today." 

According to Joseph Morong's report on "24 Oras", Sara said there was no need to disclose anything as regards Duterte's health.

"Very transparent man si PRD with regard to his health. If he's not feeling well, sinasabi niya," Sara said.

"So there's no need na mag-disclosure pa kung ano 'yung status ng health ni President Duterte," she added.

Questions on Duterte's health came to fore after Jose Maria Sison, Communist Party of the Philippines founding chairman and National Democratic Front of the Philipppines chief political consultant, claimed in a post that Duterte had lapsed into a coma.
