How to get a Schengen visa

Being judged the "happiest country" in the world this year by Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) likely made Norway a subject of curiousity among Filipinos. As a ticket to that happiness, though, a Filipino traveler must be armed with a Schengen visa, which is issued to any interested party for visiting/traveling to and within the Schengen area. A person with a Schengen visa can travel not only to Norway but also to 25 other countries including Finland, Germany and the Czech Republic.
