Man jailed for making 15-year-old sis sex slave

MANNILA, Philippines - A resident of Manapla in Negros Occidental has been jailed for allegedly making a sex slave out of his 15-year-old sister for almost two years, an online news site reported. Visayan Daily Star reported that the suspect, who is separated from his wife, was arrested Sunday in Manapla town. Manapla police chief Sr. Insp. Jose Laboyo also said the victim is now in the custody of the Manapla Women and Children Protection Desk. Laboyo said it was the suspect's mother who reported the abuse to the Manapla Police Station. -GMANews.TV
