Missing 4-year-old boy found nearly decapitated, without organs

A four-year-old boy, who had been missing since March 19, was found Thursday in Pililia town in Rizal province, his head almost cut off and his internal organs missing. The defiled body of Mark Escarmosa was found in a grassy area near their house at Barangay Malaya, radio dzBB's Rodil Vega reported early Friday. Initial investigation showed the boy's knees and inner organs were missing. Police said they could not autopsy the body as it was badly decomposed. — DVM, GMA News
