Man hacks live-in partner, 5 others to death in Nueva Ecija

A man has hacked his live-in partner and five other people while another person was wounded in San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija.

The hacking incident occurred around 4:30 a.m. in Barangay Tambo Adorable.

The six victims—three males and three females—were identified as Jennifer Caballero, Abby Caballero, Leonila Caballero, Joshua Caballero, Sergio Caballero, and Sonny Custodia.

Meanwhile, the wounded victim is identified as Annalyn Caballero, who is still at Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center in Cabanatuan City.

Manhunt operations is still ongoing against the suspect identified as Jessie Tesoro.

Nueva Ecija police provincial director Senior Superintendent Eliseo Tanding said that they are initially looking at the motive of the suspect as jealousy, love triangle or personal grudge. —KG, GMA News
