Manhunt launched for Indians involved in C Luzon kidnaps


MANILA, Philippines - Two Indian nationals allegedly involved in kidnapping activities in Central Luzon are now the objects of a manhunt launched by the Bureau of Immigration. The operation was initiated after the recent arrest of an alleged gang member, Surinder Singh a.k.a. Surrender Singh in Angeles, Pampanga. The arrest was made on the basis of a mission order issued by Commissioner Marcelino Libanan. Singh was arrested after he was implicated in the kidnapping activities by one of his accomplices who was earlier arrested in a separate operation in Bataan, Sukhdev Singh Bhangu. Sukhdev Singh Bhangu,in a sworn affidavit, identified Singh and two other Indians as the masterminds of the syndicate that preys on Indians in Central Luzon. The BI, which withheld the identities of the two other Indian suspects, said that the syndicate also has Filipino members. - GMANews.TV
