Juice cleansing recipes for your detox diet

“Eating clean” is the new trend in getting a fitter body and achieving a healthier lifestyle. And while these can certainly be eaten as is, there is also a nutritious and fun alternative for fruit and vegetable intake – juicing!

Juicing or juice cleansing has become a buzzword, especially after several local and Hollywood celebrities have been known to undergo this detox craze. But nutrition experts recommend juice
cleansing not merely for weight loss but also for its health benefits.

Juice cleansing is a popular detoxifying and weight loss regimen where a person consumes the juices of fruits and vegetables to help achieve specific health goals. It allows you to take in an amount of nutrients from fresh foods that you would not likely get in its solid form. So if you want to get rid of built up toxins from your body – and lose a few pounds while at it – juice cleansing would be a great choice.

“Good News” prepared several fruit and juice recipes that you can try out!
