PNP ready to accept qualified OFWs to the police force — Albayalde

Philippine National Police chief Director General Oscar Albayalde expressed readiness on Monday to accept returning overseas Filipino workers who want to enter the police force.

At a press conference, Albayalde said that just like others who want to be a police officer, the OFWs need to meet the qualifications, minimum requirement, and pass the entrance examination to be administered by the National Police Commission.

“Yes (open ang PNP) kung talagang qualified sila. They have the experience, qualifications, at ‘yung minimum requirement, mapasa nila entrance exam then they are welcome,” he told reporters.
