'Dead Space 3: Awakened' trailer and release date unveiled

Just over a month since its release on vaious platfroms, “Dead Space 3 has garnered some favorable reviews both from critics and fans alike.
Those who've finished the game know that players were left in a situation that saw protagonists Isaac Clarke and John Carver facing great odds, and the epilogue left many questions as to what could be next in the series. Loyal followers won’t have to wait long, however, as EA Games and Visceral Games are unleashing the sequel this March with 'Dead Space 3: Awakened.'

After the end of 'Dead Space 3', Isaac and Carver were left behind in Tau Volantis, believed to have perished after the final battle that has left the entire planet in ruins. Surviving this ordeal, they soon discover that both of them have been inflicted with the same “madness” that was a prevalent in 'Dead Space 2'. This caused both protagonists to experience terrifying hallucinations that test their resolve and sanity.
Both soon discovered that their only ticket back home is venturing back to the derelict ship. Unfortunately, the Terra Nova has been turned into a nest of insane Unitologist survivors, who have lost their sense of reality altogether. In order to get back to Earth, Isaac and Carver must brave danger and insanity to to survive the trip home.
Due for release as downloadable content that will be available on PSN, Xbox Live, and Origin starting March 12, 'Dead Space 3: Awakened' serves as an epilogue to the main game. It will once again feature solo and co-op options for players aiming to survive the Necromorph threat.
EA Games and Visceral Games have added information and details on the DLC at their official Dead Space website, and have released an official launch trailer to promote the game’s release on their official Dead Space YouTube page.
IGN has also released a “First Look” video of the gameplay, with corresponding commentary from the makers as well.
'Dead Space 3: Awakened' will instill fear, terror, and dementia when it launches the DLC starting March 12. – KDM, GMA News
