Light to moderate rain expected over northern Luzon islands – PAGASA

PAGASA's Wednesday morning forecast reported that extreme northern Luzon would be under the influence of a frontal system, and the Batanes and Calayan Islands would thus experience cloudy conditions and light to moderate rain and isolated thunderstorms.

The rest of the country would meanwhile be partly cloudy to cloudy with afternoon or evening isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Winds would be light to moderate from the south to southwest over northern and Central Luzon, and from the east to southeast over the rest of country.

Coastal waters throughout the archipelago would be from slight to moderate. — DVM, GMA News
