Isolated showers expected across the PHL – PAGASA

With a high-pressure area expected to affect the eastern sections of Luzon and the Visayas on Sunday, PAGASA'S morning forecast predicted that the entire country would experience partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Winds would be moderate to strong from the southwest over extreme northern Luzon, where coastal waters would be moderate to rough.

Winds elsewhere would be light to moderate from southeast to southwest with slight to moderate seas. — DVM, GMA News
