Cloudy, isolated rains forecast for Metro Manila


The northeast monsoon will be affecting northern Luzon while the easterlies will continue to affect the eastern section of the country on Friday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

The northeast monsoon will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains in Cagayan Valley region and Aurora province while the Ilocos region and the Cordillera Administrative Region will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains.

Eastern Visayas and Caraga will have cloudy skies with rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by localized thunderstorm.

The coastal water condition in northern Luzon is rough to every rough while it would be moderate to rough in the rest of Luzon and the eastern section of Visayas. For the rest of the country, coastal waters is slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
