Light to heavy rain expected over east Luzon, Visayas areas

The Eastern Visayas and Bicol Regions, as well as Quezon and Aurora, would experience cloudy conditions with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the tail-end of a cold front, weather service PAGASA predicted in a Monday morning forecast. 

The rest of the country would meanwhile be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers.

Winds would be strong to gale-force from the northeast over northern and Central Luzon, where coastal waters would be rough to very rough.

Over the Visayas and the rest of Luzon, winds would be moderate to strong from the east to northeast with moderate to rough seas.

Finally, winds across Mindanao would be light to moderate from the east to northeast with slight to moderate coastal waters. — DVM, GMA News
