Intense rainfall warning up over Zambales, Bataan
PAGASA issued a heavy rainfall warning at 8 a.m. on Thursday due to the southwest monsoon (habagat).
The Orange Warning Level is up over Zambales and Bataan
PAGASA said "flooding is threatening."
The Orange Warning Level means 15-30 mm of intense rains are to be observed in one hour and will continue in the next two hours. The public is advised to be on the alert for possible evacuation.
The Yellow Warning Level, on the other hand, has been raised over Tarlac.
This means heavy rains measuring about 7.5 to 15mm are to be expected in one hour and will continue in the next two hours. Flooding is possible in low-lying areas.

PAGASA also said light to moderate with occasional heavy rains affecting Metro Manila, Cavite and Batangas which may persist within 3 hours.
Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Bulacan, Rizal and Laguna, meanwhile, may experience moderate with occasional heavy rains within the next 3 hours. —KBK, GMA News
