Heavy rainfall warning up over Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga

PAGASA issued a heavy rainfall warning at 8 a.m. on Friday due to the southwest monsoon (habagat) enchanced by Tropical Depression Ester.

The Yellow Warning Level is up over Zambales, Bataan and Pampanga.

Yellow Warning means heavy rains measuring about 7.5 to 15mm are to be expected in one hour and will continue in the next two hours. Flooding is possible in low-lying areas.

Meanwhile, light to moderate with occasional heavy rains or thunderstorms are affecting Tarlac and Nueva Ecija and may persist within 3 hours.

Heavy rains with lightning and strong winds due to thunderstorms, on the other hand, are expected over  Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Rizal, Laguna and Batangas within the next 3 hours. —KBK, GMA News
