Kris Aquino posts photo with Constance Wu, all but confirming 'Crazy Rich Asians' role
Kris Aquino posted a photo on Instagram with Constance Wu, the star of the sitcom "Fresh Off the Boat" and the upcoming film adaptation of "Crazy Rich Asians," on Wednesday, leading to further speculation about the possibility of her role in the film.

"#fangirl moment. We've seen every episode of the 3 seasons of #freshofftheboat & so happy they've been renewed for Season 4! Thank You @wonstancecoo (Jessica Huang, the Mom of Eddie, Emery, and Evan & Louis' wife) for being so gracious, I know how exhausted she was BUT she still made the effort to pleasantly converse w/ me," Kris wrote on the post.
Further fanning speculation was a comment Constance left on the post: "So great to meet you! See ya tomorrow."
Kris has neither confirmed nor denied reports that she has been cast in the movie, citing non-disclosure agreements, but she traveled to Singapore this week for her role in a Hollywood film.

The director of the film, Jon M. Chu, is also currently in Singapore.
