Maine Mendoza joins a ‘Facebook thing’, posts a ‘cave man’ photo of herself from 2012

Demonstrating what a digital native she is, Maine Mendoza on Sunday joined and transported what she calls a ‘Facebook thing’ onto her blog.

The exercise goes: “post a photo of yourself from 2012 and 2017 and see how much you’ve changed.”

Maine first declares how much she missed those days, when she was just a college student whose challenges included “failing to enlist my subjects on time; working on a school project; making it to the dean’s list.”

And then she began: Maine posted a photo of herself circa 2012 with short hair and captioned it “From cave man”. Then she dropped a bomb, posting a photo of herself on the beach looking super comfortable in her bikini , captioning it with “to cave woman”.

“Lol, that’s a somewhat decent throwback photo! Mukha na akong babae diyan with my short hair, but in reality, shibolibambam ang aurabels,” she exclaims, before writing a side comment: “Mukha pa din naming shiboli sa 2017 photo, naka two piece lang ang ati mo, esta koya. Charot!”
