Aicelle Santos joins Miss Saigon’s UK Tour Production as Gigi

After wowing audiences in "Himala: The Musical", Kapuso star Aicelle Santos will be taking her talent to the United Kingdom and Switzerland and wowing the global theater community.

Aicelle has been chosen to play “Gigi Van Tranh” in Miss Saigon's UK Tour Production.

It's the same role that Filipina theater actor Rachelle Ann Go played in 2014. Isay Alvarez played the role as part of the original West End cast in 1989.

Aicelle is scheduled to leave within the month for training for her new role.

Fans can still catch her in "Himala: The Musical" which will run until March 10. —LA/KG, GMA News
