Kobe Paras is Player of the Day at FIBA 3x3 World Cup

Team Philippines made its debut in the 2017 FIBA 3x3 World Cup in Nantes, France on Sunday (early Monday PHL time).

The squad split its assignments, winning over Romania in its first game but dropping its second assignment to host France, but teenage phenom Kobe Paras made heads turn.

The 19-year-old, who is donning Philippine colors alongside Kiefer Ravena, Jeron Teng, and JR Quiñahan, was named Player of the Day for the second day of the tournament, dazzling with his drives and shotmaking ability.

"The Filipino rising star Kobe Paras sure did not look like the youngest player in the tournament when he dominated on Day 2 of the FIBA 3x3 World Cup 2017," read the caption on his video. —JST, GMA News
