PHL adds two more bronze medals with Sunday's back-to-back victory in Pencak Silat
The Philippines on Sunday morning added two more medals to its haul with Jefferson Loon and Dines Dumaan's back-to-back victory in Pencak Silat in the 2018 Asian Games in Indonesia.

Loon settled for the bronze after losing to Vietnam's Ngoc Toan Nguyen in the Men's Class D: 60-65 kg event semis.

Malaysia's Muhammad M Nasir, meanwhile, defeated Dumaan in the Men's Class B 50 to 55 kg, giving the Philippines its ninth bronze medal.
According to the Asian Games website, Pencak silat is a traditional Indonesian martial art, which is " is assessed from a punch, kick, sweep, and dings." It is a "non-aggressive martial art" which "employs natural body movements and develops balance and economy of movement in each individual."
