Kevin Belingon battles Bibiano Fernandes for undisputed bantamweight title in November

JAKARTA- ONE interim bantamweight champion Kevin Belingon of Baguio City's Team Lakay is due to get his much anticipated rematch against ONE bantamweight champion Bibiano Fernandes on November 9 at Indoor Stadium in Singapore.

Belingon, 30, is coming off a dominant victory against two-division Martin Nguyen and is on a six-fight winning streak against top tier opponents. Fernandes, meanwhile, last tasted defeat in 2010 and is touted as the most dominant title holder in ONE Championship history.

Belingon and Fernandes first met inside the cage in 2016 when the reigning Brazilian champion submitted the Filipino with a kimura in the opening round.

The same card will feature yet another champion versus champion showdown as ONE women's strawweight champion Xiong Jing Nan is set to defend her title against ONE women's atomweight champion Angela Lee. — LA, GMA News
