Pacquiao gives Obama a gift at US National Prayer Breakfast

Filipino boxing icon Manny Pacquiao and wife Jinkee gifted United States President Barrack Obama with a painting when they attended the annual National Prayer Breakfast in Washington DC.

The painting featured the eight-division champion fighter and Sarangani representative wearing a traditional barong and his boxing gloves. He is standing next to Obama in a suit, who also poses like a boxer in a ready stance.

The couple first met the US President at the White House prior to his bout with Shane Mosley in 2011.

Jinkee posted a photo of the painting in her Instagram account.

During the Prayer Breakfast, a gathering of international invitees hosted by the US Congress, the Pacquiaos also met Republican senator John McCain who ran against Obama in the US presidential elections in 2008. - RAF, GMA News
