Pia’s ‘confidently beautiful’ answer to people who bash her and Marlon
After passing on the Miss Universe crown to Iris Mittenaere of France last January, Pia Wurtzbach has been taking some time off and spending quality bonding moments with her family and her boyfriend Marlon Stockinger.
The Filipina beauty queen and her Filipino-Swiss racer beau have been happily sharing snaps from their vacations since they confirmed their “very happy relationship” to the public.
While some are definitely happy for the couple, even feeling the “kilig” because of the their sweetness and candidness, there are still those who choose to put out negative comments on Pia and Marlon's social media posts.
Bad news to the bashers, though: The good-looking couple is unfazed.
According to Pia in an interview with “24 Oras” on Thursday, “Ang mga bashers, hindi naman maiiwasan 'yan. But people don't really know what we're like behind the camera.”
“It's good when you empower each other, and that's what we do,” she added.
In previous interviews, Pia proudly talked about how much she likes Marlon.
"I'm glad that I found somebody who's very secure with himself... He's very understanding and we really get along," she said.
Aside from traveling, they have also been into each other's hobbies, including racing, beach-hopping, and eating.
