Gabbi Garcia puts up dreamy and pink-themed Christmas tree for the holidays
In her recent vlog, Kapuso Millennial IT Girl Gabbi Garcia showed off her preparations in decorating their Christmas tree for this year.
"Christmas is one of my favorite occasions in a year itong holiday season, I love the Christmas rush, I love it, yung mga Christmas shopping na 'yan, I love everything about Christmas, especially decorating our Christmas tree," Gabbi shared.
From a rustic theme last year, Gabbi opted for a pink and dreamy theme for their Christmas tree this 2021. To execute her ideas and concepts, Dave Sandoval together with Ernest Pascual of Bespoke Manila both renowned designer and stylist, helped her out to pull off a dreamy Christmas tree.
"Our theme last year was rustic but this year we're going to use some color and that color is pink," she said.
Gabbi also shared that she decided to make their Christmas tree more personal to add details inspired by her character.
"So our theme for this year is a little bit dreamy more on the blush side tayo so mas feminine, mas maarte, mas ako," she added.
Gabbi and her team used bleached and preserved gypsophila as extenders to add texture in their Christmas tree. They also highlighted four pieces of pink nutcracker as the main decor.
According to their team, when decorating a Christmas tree, you must start with the lights.
"When wrapping lights around your tree, make sure to go deep into the tree, too. This illuminates your tree fuller and brighter," as mentioned in the video.
In the last part of the video, Gabbi also put personalized Christmas balls in the Christmas tree. These Christmas balls have the names of her family written on it and the name of her boyfriend Khalil, and Shine, her dog who passed away two years ago.
