Bad weather affects Marcos' Thursday schedule

ILOCOS NORTE - Bad weather affected the schedule of President Ferdinand ''Bongbong'' Marcos Jr. on Thursday as he is expected to distribute presidential assistance in Odiongan, Romblon. 

According to the Presidential Communications Office, the heavy rains and floods in Romblon could affect Marcos' schedule during the day. 

Later in the day, Governor Jose Riano confirmed that Marcos would no longer push through with his event in Romblon. However, the program will still continue.

Marcos is expected to visit Palawan to give aid and Ilocos Norte for the turnover of a rice processing system. 

Marcos has been going around the country to provide aid to farmers, fisherfolks, and their families. —VAL, GMA Integrated News
