SMDC breaks ground for Mezza II Residences

SM Development Corporation (SMDC) recently held groundbreaking ceremonies for Mezza II Residences, a 40- storey condominium project to soar over Aurora Boulevard and Araneta Avenue in Sta. Mesa, Manila. The project is scheduled for completion in 2014, with the turnover slated in 2015.
