Wild Ginger introduces vibrant flavors of Asia this summer at the Power Plant Mall


Wild Ginger Restaurant at The Power Plant Mall, offers a wide selection of savory Asian dishes, taking you on a culinary trip to lands as mystical as India, as exotic as Thailand, and as familiar as the Philippines – you need not take off to travel this summer season!  
This salad of sliced tender banana buds, carrots, coriander, sesame seeds, peanuts and crispy anchovies has a terrific blend of a sweet and tangy dressing.
Hot items this summer are the Banana Bud, Chicken And Crisp Anchovy Salad –
This salad of sliced tender banana buds, carrots, coriander, sesame seeds, peanuts and crispy anchovies has a terrific blend of a sweet and tangy dressing; Wild Mushroom Bicol Express – Bicol Express is a popular Filipino dish from the province of Bicol.  It is a stew made from long chilies and pork with coconut milk, shrimp paste, onion, and garlic. Instead we made it vegetarian using a variety of mushrooms; Grilled Beef With Tamarind Chili Sauce – Beef tenderloin strips marinated, then grilled over a hot grill.  Drizzled with a very savory tamarind chili sauce, it makes a great filling meal; Seared Tuna Steak With Thai Aromatic Tomato Relish – Tender tuna steak made more even more flavorful with their Thai red sauce made from tomato, cilantro and spices.  Don’t forget the rice! Satay Platter – An assortment of marinated, skewered and grilled chicken, shrimp, pork and tofu, served with peanut sauce. Satay is a very popular delicacy in Indonesia.
