'40 Artists at Forty' exhibit at San Beda College Alabang

In celebration of the grand Ruby Anniversary of San Beda College Alabang, the San Beda Alabang Museum (SBAM) mounted a major exhibition entitled “40 Artists at Forty” which will be formally inaugurated on July 10, 2012. The said exhibit features masterpieces of forty selected Filipino artists (National Artists, Masters, Modern Masters, Contemporary and past SBAM featured artists).  

 

On exhibit are the works of Aba Lluch Dalena, Alee Garibay, Alynnah Macla, Ambie Abaño, Ang Kiukok, Aris Manero Soriano, Babeth Lolarga, Bayani Ray Acala, BenCab, Ben Dailo, Benjie Cabangis, Bisoy Iglesia, Brendale Tadeo, Chloe Dellosa, Clara Herrera, Claro Ramirez, Dawani de Leon, Don Salubayba, Elmer Borlongan, Federico Alcuaz, Fernando Amorsolo, Fernando Sena, Glenn Cagandahan, Imelda Cajipe Endaya, Jamie Bauza, JB Gamboa, Joe Datuin, Joey Cobcobo, Jomike Tejido, Jose Joya, Julie Lluch, Katti Sta. Ana, Luis Ac-ac, Plet Bolipata, Ramon Orlina, Robert Alejandro, Rolf Campos, Rosa Lodriga, Sinag De Leon and Wed Lodriga.

 

The exhibit is curated by Prof. Joseph Renta and will run until August 11, 2012 at the Gallery II of the museum. Admission is free.

 

The San Beda Alabang Museum is open Mondays-Saturdays, 9am to 5pm, located at the Ground Floor of the San Beda College Alabang, Don Manolo Avenue, Alabang Hills Village, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
