Jamie Oliver returns this February to TLC with a brand-new cookery series. "Jamie's 15 Minute Meals" delivers exactly what it claims – simple, delicious recipes crammed with flavor that can be delivered to the table in that magic quarter of an hour. 

From Cajun to jerk and Indian to barbecue, through to beautiful Thai-Asian flavors, Jamie reveals ways to get bang-on flavors with little effort and fewer ingredients in this 20-episode series.
Catch two back-to-back episodes of "Jamie's 15 Minute Meals" as it premieres every Thursday on TLC beginning February 21, at 7:00 p.m. Encores every Thursday at 1:00 p.m. and Friday at 10:00 a.m.
Building on the phenomenal success of "Jamie's 30 Minute Meals", this new show squeezes the cooking process even further, with each half-hour episode featuring two tasty, super-fast family meals back-to-back to inspire viewers and show them what they can achieve every single day of the week with just a few minutes.
Specifically developed to target those who cook for families at home, Jamie demonstrates his own brand of fast food. While he takes shortcuts in the kitchen, he teaches you how to be clever so your meals are not short on taste.
In addition to speeding things up, Jamie has also focused on reducing the calorie content of the dishes so that viewers can confidently serve a healthy, nutritionally balanced meal to their family.
While the calorie counts are a handy innovation for anyone who’s trying to live well, if you rush about the kitchen like Jamie, you’ll have created a handy energy deficit even before you sit down to eat!
In his usual trademark down-to-earth style, Jamie takes the audience through the dishes in real time, with ingredients easily available from supermarkets, using some basic kitchen equipment and offering plenty of practical tips and time-saving tricks to help the everyday home cook get something to the table that's a cut above your average mid-week fare.
In this series, Jamie continues to feature homey British and Mediterranean family staples, but also adds to the repertoire of fast, home-cooked meals by drawing inspiration from Asia, including Thai, Indian and Chinese cuisine, to bring some new, exciting flavors to the family table.
