Celebrate big with 22 Prime’s 'Whole Hog' menu at Discovery Suites

Considered the country’s national dish no less, the award-winning culinary team of 22 Prime takes this most revered indulgence to immense new heights of crispy, crackling, juicy, tender, and perfectly sumptuous goodness, and serves it with an exquisite menu to be enjoyed for lunch or dinner.   For starters is a Baby Beet and Citrus Summer Salad with Caramelized Goat Cheese, followed by the triumphant Whole Roasted Pig with two sauces, a Brandied Apple Sauce and a Mustard Emulsion, and served with a generous array of sides from Grilled Asparagus with Lemon, Rissolini Pasta with Sundried Tomatoes and Fresh Basil, Potato Gratin, Roasted Pumpkin with Spiced Honey and Chili Flakes and Caramelized Banana Panna Cotta. 

 

This “Whole Hog” feast is good for eight to 10 persons at only Php15,000 net, and is available starting April 1st, for lunch or dinner. Be sure to place your orders by making reservations at least 48 hours ahead of time. One thing’s for sure, this is going to be cardiac arresting good!
