Brought to you by the letter C’

C’ is for Clark.

The multi-awarded C’ Italian Dining in Angeles City opened its door on March 2004, offering freshly-made Italian cuisine to an ever-growing number of local and international guests.

C’ is owned by Charmaine and Rey Pineda.

C’ Italian Dining in Clark was featured in numerous daily newspapers and magazines and was awarded three years running “2005, 2006 and 2007” Philippine Tatler Magazine’s Restaurant of the Year awards.

C’ you in Pasig!
C' Italian Dining

From Pampanga to Pasig! For the first time, C’ Italian Dining opens another branch. And it’s finally in Metro Manila. This is good news for the adventurous Manila foodies who would drive all the way to Clark to satisfy their craving for authentic Italian cuisine. For those who have not tried C’, they are very lucky that the once elusive location has been made more accessible.

Of course, the Pampanga branch continues to exist as there is still a great demand to visit that branch and many have made it some sort of tradition to pass by the restaurant coming from Northern destinations.

So what will be the major difference with C' Manila and C' Pampanga?

The food and service should be identical.  But the Manila partners decided to take the ambience a notch higher.  While Clark remains very rustic, the Pasig branch aims to create a cozy but elegant vibe.  The rooftop will be popular amongst guests who wish to dine al fresco and enjoy the scenic view of Ortigas.

C’ is located at City Golf Plaza, Doña Julia Vargas Ave., Ortigas, Pasig City.

C is for Cuisine

While C’ stands for many things, C’ firmly stands for this main objective: to create a culinary destination for people who love great quality Italian food and service -- as simple as the letter C.

C is for Chef Cathie

Chef Cathie Lozano, who is part of the opening team in Pampanga, together with 17 staff and cooks from C' Pampanga volunteered to be transferred to Manila to help insure quality is the same and that the experience is not tarnished. But new offerings are also made especially for the Pasig branch.

Classic & Consistent

The menu at C’ Italian Dining celebrates Italian cuisine in its truest form using only the best and freshest ingredients available in the market (imported as well as locally grown organic produce).

C’s Secret

What is it about C’ that elicits raves from celebrities and VIPs alike? Is it the ever-famous Panizza (a panini + pizza invention)? Is it the freshness of the ingredients? Is it the style of cooking? Or is it the staff and the relaxing ambience?

C’s secret to success is that it is a complete package: an authentic Italian experience that satisfies every sensory need. But don’t just take our word for it, after all, to C’ is to believe.
