Goethe-Institut launches climate change photo contest

The Goethe-Institut, GIZ, and Pecojon invites citizens and residents of the Philippines between the ages of 18 and 35  to take part in a photography competition with the theme "Climate change: Be Aware Take Care." Participants are invited to submit a photo story about climate change, its challenges to human kind, and possible solutions. Participants will have a chance to share their photos and receive feedback from a jury of professionals from Germany and the Philippines. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to participate in a creative photography workshop, develop photo essays, participate in an exhibition, and compete for prizes. Competition winners will also be awarded a new Canon camera.
