GMA News covers Black Nazarene Feast with Pista ng Nazareno 2014

GMA News joins the millions of devotees in this year’s celebration of the feast of the Black Nazarene via its special coverage, Pista ng Nazareno 2014. The coverage kicks off on the eve of the procession with Vicky Morales anchoring Saksi LIVE from the Quirino Grandstand on January 8 at 10:50p.m.

The coverage resumes the following morning on GMA-7’s Unang Hirit and followed by GMA News TV’s News To Go, Balitanghali, Balita Pilipinas Ngayon, News TV QRT all reporting live from Manila.

News updates are also provided in the hourly news bulletins Flash Report and News TV Live airing on GMA-7 and GMA News TV, respectively.

On primetime, Mike Enriquez anchors 24 Oras live from Quiapo Church while co-anchor Mel Tiangco is in the studio to facilitate other reports related to the event at 6:30pm on GMA-7. Meanwhile, State of the Nation with Jessica Soho reports on the procession highlights and the day’s other headlines on GMA News TV at 9pm. And finally, Arnold Clavio recaps the Black Nazarene festivities still LIVE from Quiapo Church on Saksi at 10:50pm on GMA-7.
