DFA opens overseas voters registration centers
The Department of Foreign Affairs, Overseas Voting Secretariat (DFA-OVS), announced today, August 05, that six Overseas Voter Registration Centers (OVRCs) in the Philippines were opened in the month of July 2015 to process overseas voter applications for registration/certification in preparation for the 2016 National Elections.
Overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) as well as immigrants, seafarers and students who are about leave for abroad, and who are not yet registered as Overseas Voters, may now register at the following newly launched facilities:

All Filipino citizens who are expecting to be abroad during the 3-day (April 09 – May 09) overseas voting period for the 2016 National Elections, at least 18 years old on May 09 2016, and not otherwise disqualified by law, may personally register as an overseas voter, at all Philippine Foreign Service Posts (FSPs) including the three (3) Manila Economic and Cultural Offices (MECO), at the above listed OVRCs and at other COMELEC approved field/mobile registration centers.
