Touchpoints of Interior Design — a curated trade show

The Philippine Institute of Interior Designers (PIID) together with Global-Link Exhibitions Specialist, Inc. (GESI) will be holding the 3rd year of Interior & Design Manila (IDMNL)—the most impressive exhibition where the top brands and concepts that are shaping the world of design will be showcased.

The event will be held on March 8 to 10 at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City.

Its 3rd year will be held alongside Philippines International Furniture Show (PIFS) and will also be featuring the longest running and most prestigious inter-school interior design competition —Estilo de Vida which is presented by Philippine Finishing and Furnishing Expo (PHILFFEX).

For this year, the organizers of the exhibit came up with the theme Touchpoints of Interior Design.

Interior & Design Manila 2018 will be held on March 8 to 10 at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City.

“Each day is about the ways we touch our clients, and the many ways these professional designers and experts in their respective fields have touched their clients and made significant contributions with their knowledge and passion that brought forth success to them,” shared IDr. Gino Lim, Exhibit Chairman. “Every designer can understand and develop each of these touchpoints to enhance the delivery of their products and services, guiding them to better a higher level of client satisfaction through a heightened achievement of the designer’s vision.”

At the frontline of IDMNL 2018’s exhibit are its major sponsors: Pacific Paint Boysen Philippines, Matimco Incorporated and Wilcon Builder’s Depot. Exhibitors include GRM Biowood, Hocheng Philippines Corp., La Casa Deco, Trend Building Material Specialist, Landlite Philippines Corp, Fujifilm Philippines, Ashton Technologies Corp., Intranet Trade, Pioneer Adhesives, Sea Olympus Marketing and more.

Local designers from around the country will also be presenting never-before-seen concepts for the modern home and to complete the industry design experience, an international convention with prominent speakers flying in from Australia, France, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan will share their expertise and the latest trends in the design industry.

Interior Designers can get as much as 26 CPD Points for the 3-day convention.

“The Filipinos have always been known for being very creative and over the years, our interior designers have started making waves globally as well. That’s why we are very fortunate to work with the PIID in putting together this event which will open up countless doors of trade opportunities for the growth of our country’s design industry,” said Patrick-Lawrence Tan, Chief Executive Officer of Global-Link.
