'Isang Pagtakbo, Paglingap sa Kapwa Ko' Fun Run to take place on March 18

A barangay in Bulacan is holding a fun run this weekend, ahead of its feast day in May.

"Isang Pagtakbo, Paglingap sa Kapwa Ko" will be held on March 18 and will help raise funds for many of Barangay Balungao's programs, including a medical and dental mission, livelihood training programs, and more.

The fun run will start at 5am at the Balungao Chapel in Barangay Balungao, Calumpit Bulacan, and will have participants accomplishing a 5km distance.

Registration begins at 440am.

Barangay Balungao's feast day, which will take place on May 14, will have the theme "Sta. Cruz- Larawan ng Sama-samang Pagbubuklod at Paglilingkod Patungo ka Cristo." It is in honor of the barangay's patron saint, Sta. Cruz.
